    Develop industrial augmented reality remote assistance and training management modules, fully integrate multiple systems and smart terminals, and upgrade to a more open version 2.0.

    Development of EWIS wire harness rapid-design and compliance-simulation analysis modules to address the critical challenge of advanced intelligent application industrial software for complex flexible wire harness systems.

  • 2023

    Design and develop intelligent assembly modules and complementary intelligent tooling for EWIS electrical connectors, to achieve the 100% insertion and mating of electrical connectors without the need for magnifying glasses.

    Develop an AI knowledge management module to systematically manage intelligent manufacturing AI data, rules, and models, and facilitate the swift deployment and practical application of industrial augmented intelligence solutions.

  • 2025

    OpenIAI has been upgraded to a cloud computing architecture, introducing industrial large models to solve the challenges of technical document generation and rapid quotation, expanding the application areas of generative intelligence.

Innovation Research Breakthrough

2020

For the first time, an augmented reality intelligent process design and adaptive operation method has been developed, enabling a paradigm shift from "human-guided process" to "process-guided human" approach. This innovative research has been published in the prestigious journal Computers in Industry.

2023

The first-of-its-kind intelligent wire harness laying method leveraging large-scale flexible wire harnesses was proposed, facilitating human-machine collaborative assembly and inspection of large-scale wire harness systems. A paper detailing this innovation was published in the prestigious IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics journal.

2025

Proposed for the first time, an intelligent insertion method for compact and high-density electrical connectors has been developed, eliminating the need for magnification and achieving 100% successful connector mating. This innovative approach has been published in the internationally renowned Journal of Manufacturing Systems and presented at the premier IJCAI conference.
